Public API
For trading terminals and tools (Proxima, Axiom, Photon, bots). Read launches and marketplaces with exactly-once stats, quote, and build unsigned transactions that your user signs. Ecosystem coins trade atomically through their parent chain inside the one transaction. Machine-readable spec: /api/public/openapi.json.

- read: 120/min per IP, 1200/min with an API key.
- quote: 60/min per IP, 600/min with an API key.
- build: 20/min per IP, 200/min with an API key.
- An API key is optional (header x-api-key); an unknown key is 401. Ask the team for one.
- 429 carries Retry-After. 503 with retryable: true means the RPC was busy and nothing was built.
- CORS is open. The API never signs for the caller and has no access to admin routes.
