Terms of use
These terms govern the Paygram service. They set out what Paygram does with a token's creator fees, what it does not do, and what is expected of anyone who launches a token through it.
- Effective
- 18 September 2026
- Version
- 1.0
- Applies to
- Site, bot, Mini App and payouts
1The service
Paygram is a bridge between token creator fees and a Telegram handle. When a token directs its creator fees to Paygram, we collect those fees on Solana, split them, and escrow the recipient share as SOL under the named handle. The person who controls that handle claims once in the Telegram Mini App — or by signing in with Telegram on this site — and later payouts go to their Solana wallet.
Paygram does not issue tokens, operate a launchpad, run a market, make a market, or provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It never asks for a private key or a seed phrase. Launching a token through Paygram is permissionless: no application is made to us and no approval is given by us.
“You” means whoever is reading this document, in whichever of the two roles clause 6 and clause 7 set out.
2The operator
Paygram is operated by a private company (the “Operator”, also “Paygram”, “we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and the Operator. The Operator's legal name and place of organization are not published on this site. They will be disclosed in connection with any dispute under these Terms, to any court, and where the law requires it.
3Definitions
- Paygram
- The Operator: the company that operates this site, the Telegram bot, the Mini App, and the payout service. Referred to as we and us.
- Deployer
- The person who launches a token and directs its creator fees to Paygram.
- Recipient
- The Telegram user, group or channel named as the destination for the recipient share.
- Handle
- A public Telegram @username. Telegram usernames can change hands. Paygram re-checks ownership before every payout.
- Creator fees
- The fees a launchpad pays to a token's creator wallet in respect of trading in that token.
- Routing wallet
- The on-chain address Paygram sets as the token's sole fee recipient. 100% of creator-fee SOL lands there first.
- Recipient share
- 80% of collected creator-fee SOL, escrowed under the handle and paid after a valid claim.
- Protocol cut
- 20% of collected creator-fee SOL, sent to the protocol treasury. Paygram takes nothing on top of this split.
- Escrow
- The recipient share held by Paygram under a handle until it is claimed, withheld, refunded, or otherwise resolved under these Terms.
- Claim
- The step where the handle's current owner proves control in Telegram and binds a Solana wallet — a Privy embedded wallet or an address they name.
4Acceptance
You accept these Terms by using this site, the bot or the Mini App, by launching a token through Paygram, or by directing a token's creator fees to a Paygram routing wallet. Directing fees is itself acceptance: if you point a token's creator fees at Paygram, these Terms bind you as that token's deployer whether or not you ever visit this site.
5Eligibility
To use Paygram you must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You must not be listed on any sanctions or restricted-person list, including the United States OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list, and you must not be located in, organized in, or a resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions, or any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions. Paygram is not offered where using it would be unlawful, and by using it you represent that all of the above is true of you.
6If a token names you
You are not a party to these terms and you have not agreed to anything. A token can name any public Telegram handle without that account's knowledge, consent or involvement, and nothing in this document imposes an obligation on a recipient.
A share of collected fees becomes payable to your handle and sits in escrow until you claim it, or until clause 13 or clause 12 resolves it. Claiming binds a wallet and pays what is pending, after Paygram re-verifies that you still control the handle. Later fees wait in escrow until you claim again. Receiving a payment does not create a relationship between you and Paygram, or between you and whoever launched the token. It does not make you a customer, a partner, a promoter or an endorser of anything, and no payment should be read as any of those things.
If you do not wish to receive payments or appear on this site, the opt-out page and clause 13 set out how.
7If you launch a token
You are responsible for the token you deploy and for everything about it, including its name, ticker, artwork, description and the lawfulness of launching it where you are. Directing creator fees to Paygram does not make Paygram the token's issuer, promoter, operator or sponsor, and you must not represent that it does.
You are responsible for the handle you name. You must not name an account in order to imply an endorsement, affiliation, partnership or approval that does not exist, and you must not name an account in order to harass, defame or impersonate any person.
A personal handle is claimed by that same Telegram user. A group or channel handle is claimed only by that chat's Telegram creator — being an admin is not enough. Adding the Paygram bot is required before a group or channel can be claimed; it is not required to launch. Launch is permissionless and there is no review queue. That is not a statement that anything is permitted. Paygram may decline to collect fees for a token, decline to pay out against it, or remove it from the site, at any time and without notice.
8Deployer representations
By directing a token's creator fees to a Paygram routing wallet, you represent and warrant that: you have the lawful right to create the token and to direct its fees; the token's name, description, and artwork are lawful and do not infringe any third party's rights; you are not a sanctioned or restricted person and are not acting for one; you named the recipient handle in good faith and not to harass its owner or to imply endorsement; you will not claim any affiliation between the token and Paygram, Telegram, or any launchpad beyond what is factually true; you are complying with the terms of the launchpad the token was created on; and the information you provide is accurate.
9Payments and the split
Every collection divides the same way: 80% to the recipient and 20% retained as the protocol cut. The split is fixed, it is identical for every token, and Paygram takes nothing on top of it. The protocol cut is sent as SOL to the protocol treasury. The recipient share stays SOL — there is no conversion step.
Payouts are made on Solana to the wallet bound to the handle. That wallet may be a Privy embedded wallet linked to the recipient's Telegram account, or an external Solana address the recipient names. Privy is operated by Privy and not by Paygram. Telegram is operated by Telegram and not by Paygram. Paygram cannot change their rules, override them, or guarantee that any particular recipient is able to receive a payment.
Anything you receive is yours to report. Clause 14 covers tax.
10Claims, escrow and unclaimed balances
Fees accumulate in escrow under the named handle and are visible on that handle's public page and on the claim page. Nothing is paid until the current owner of the handle claims. A bound wallet does not trigger an automatic send. Paygram re-verifies handle ownership before every claim because Telegram usernames are transferable. If the bound account no longer owns the handle, the binding is suspended and funds stay in escrow for the handle's current owner to claim.
An amount that has not been claimed is not forfeited by the mere passage of time. Time-based refunds to the token's deployer may be added later; until then, unclaimed escrow stays under the handle unless clause 12 or clause 13 resolves it. An amount withheld under the reserved rights or taxes sections is a held balance and is held until that section resolves it. A payout is made when it can lawfully and practically be made. If anything elsewhere on the site describes unclaimed balances differently, this section controls.
11Prohibited uses
You may not use Paygram, directly or through a token, to launder money or move proceeds of crime, to evade sanctions, to commit fraud, to engage in manipulative or deceptive trading practices, to impersonate any person, or to do anything unlawful. You may not name a handle in order to harass, defame, or extort its owner, or to imply that its owner endorses, sponsors, or is involved with a token or with Paygram. You may not use a token's name, description, or artwork in a way that infringes anyone's intellectual property or publicity rights. You may not interfere with the service or attempt to circumvent a removal, a do-not-pay listing, or any other decision made under these Terms, including by relaunching a token for a handle that has opted out.
12Reserved rights
We may refuse, delay, or decline to register a token, to display a handle, or to make a payout, and we may delist a token or suspend any part of the service, where we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, by sanctions, by a court or government order, or by an action of Telegram, Privy, a launchpad, an exchange, or a bank, or that a token, a handle, or a payout involves fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. An amount withheld under this section is held, and is paid or otherwise resolved when the reason for withholding is resolved. We are not liable for a refusal, delay, or withholding made in good faith under this section.
13Removal and do-not-pay
Any person may ask that their handle be removed from Paygram and not be paid. Send the request from the handle in question, or with reasonable proof of control of it, to @usepaygram on Telegram or to [email protected]. For a group or channel, the chat creator must make the request. The opt-out page repeats this in shorter form. Signing in with Telegram on that page is the same proof we use to claim a handle; that request is honored immediately.
We honor a verified request immediately when it is made through Telegram sign-in on the opt-out page, and within 7 days when it is made by message or email. A removed handle is placed on a do-not-pay list: we take it off Explore, the public feed and the handle's public profile, we will not pay it, and we will not accept it as a recipient on new Paygram launches. Fees already sitting in escrow for that handle are not paid to it. Because a minted token's on-chain fee recipient cannot be rewritten by Paygram, later creator fees may still arrive at the routing wallet; the handle share of those fees is not paid to the opted-out handle. It stays under Paygram's control and may be used for protocol purposes, including a future buyback or burn, or otherwise resolved into the protocol treasury. On-chain records cannot be deleted.
14Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes. Amounts received through Paygram may be taxable to the recipient, and directing a token's fees may have tax consequences for the deployer; what applies depends on your circumstances and your jurisdiction, and Paygram does not characterize any payment for tax purposes. Paygram does not provide tax advice and does not currently issue tax documents. Where law requires it, we may collect tax information, report a payment, or withhold from it, and we may condition a payout on the recipient providing information the law requires us to collect. A payout conditioned this way is treated as a held balance until the information is provided.
15Intellectual property
The Paygram name, marks, site design and written content belong to Paygram. Token names, tickers and artwork belong to whoever created them and are shown to identify a registered token. Telegram, Privy, Solana, pump.fun and related names, marks and badges belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those services. See the disclosures page.
16No warranty
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
On-chain systems fail, RPC providers go down, claims revert, launchpads change their fee mechanics, and third-party rails change their rules without notice. Paygram does not guarantee that any fee will be collectable, that any collection will succeed, that any payment will settle, that any figure shown is current, or that the service will be available at any given time.
17Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paygram is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or token value, however caused.
Paygram's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total protocol cut it actually retained in respect of the token giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Tokens are high risk. Paygram is not responsible for the value or behaviour of any token, and is not responsible for the acts of Telegram, Privy, any launchpad, chain, bridge or wallet provider it depends on.
18Indemnity
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your token, its name, description, or artwork, the handle it names, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or of any third party's rights.
19Disputes and governing law
Informal resolution first. Before starting any proceeding, you must send a written description of the dispute to [email protected] and give us 30 days to resolve it with you. We will do the same before starting a proceeding against you.
Individual basis. Disputes will be brought only on an individual basis. Neither party may participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action to the fullest extent the law allows.
Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year of the date it accrued, or it is permanently barred, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Governing law and venue. These Terms and any dispute under them are governed by the law of the Operator's place of organization, which will be disclosed in the dispute, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules that would choose another law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized use of the service. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, including in the European Union and the United Kingdom, are not waived.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
20Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here, and the effective date and version at the top of this page identify it. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to direct fees to Paygram after a change means you accept the version then published.
21Contact
Paygram is contactable at @usepaygram on Telegram and at [email protected]. Legal notices and dispute notices under clause 19 go to [email protected]. Removal and do-not-pay requests under clause 13 go there too, or to @usepaygram on Telegram from the handle in question.
Note that on-chain records cannot be deleted by Paygram or by anyone else, and that Telegram usernames can move to a different account. Paygram re-checks ownership; it cannot freeze a Telegram username.
