1Not affiliated with Telegram

Paygram is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by or connected to Telegram FZ-LLC, Telegram Messenger Inc., or any Telegram company.

Paygram uses Telegram the same way any other bot or Mini App does: public handles, Bot API checks, and Telegram login to prove who claims a payout. That is the entire extent of the relationship. Telegram does not review which tokens are registered, who is paid, what appears on this site, or anything published by Paygram.

The site's appearance is deliberate and worth naming. It borrows visual language from Telegram so that a payout looks native to the place the handle lives. That is a design decision, not a claim of partnership, and it should not be read as one.

2Not affiliated with the launchpads

Paygram is not affiliated with or endorsed by pump.fun, Solana, Privy, or any other launchpad, chain, wallet provider or exchange. It reads the public on-chain data those platforms produce and acts on it, in the same way any other participant can.

Whether a launchpad continues to support directing creator fees to a third-party wallet, and on what terms, is that launchpad's decision. Paygram cannot guarantee it, and a change on their side changes what Paygram can do.

3Recipients have not endorsed anything

A token can name any public Telegram handle, and that account does not need to agree, know in advance, or take any action. A recipient appearing on this site has not endorsed the token that named them, has not endorsed Paygram, and has not endorsed anything else.

Do not read a payout, a listing, a leaderboard position or a channel card as approval, partnership, sponsorship or involvement of any kind. Naming an account in order to imply otherwise is a breach of the terms of use.

4Independent product

Paygram is not MoneyGram, is not affiliated with MoneyGram, and is not any other company or app that happens to use a similar name. Other payment products called PayGram exist. This site is none of them.

5What the protocol cut is

Recipient share
80% of collected creator-fee SOL, escrowed under the named handle.
Protocol cut
20% of collected creator-fee SOL, sent to the protocol treasury.
Is it a token?
No. Paygram does not issue a protocol token, a share, or a claim on revenue.
Does holding anything unlock fees?
No. Nothing in Paygram is gated behind a token, and nobody is entitled to the protocol cut except the treasury address published on Capital Flow.

The 20% cut is a fee for running the routing and payout service. It is not a projection, not a buyback, and not a statement about price.

6Trademarks

Telegram and the Telegram paper plane belong to Telegram. Privy belongs to Privy. Solana belongs to the Solana Foundation and its licensors. pump.fun and related marks belong to their owners. Token names, tickers and artwork belong to whoever created them.

All of these appear on this site for identification only, to say which service or token is being referred to. Their appearance does not imply any relationship, and no claim of ownership is made over any of them.

7Figures shown on this site

Totals, payout figures and handle counts are historical. They are derived from the ledger and from third-party market data, and they may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. They are published for transparency, not as a representation that any particular figure is exact at the moment you read it.

Nothing on this site should be relied on as a financial statement or as a record of account.

8Simulation mode

When the site is not pointed at mainnet, the pipeline still runs — detection, the 20/80 split, escrow, payouts — against fictional tokens and people. Those figures are illustrative placeholders. They are not measurements of real Telegram users or real money.

9Forward-looking statements

Statements about features that are planned, next, or on the roadmap — including time-based refunds to deployers — describe present intentions only. They are not commitments and not predictions. What is not live may never be.

10Not advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens are not a recommendation. If you need advice, talk to someone qualified in your jurisdiction.

11Risk

Tokens are high risk and most go to zero. Prices are volatile, liquidity can disappear, and a token's creator can abandon it at any time. Smart contracts, RPC providers and wallets can fail, and on-chain transactions cannot be reversed.

Telegram usernames are transferable. Paygram re-verifies ownership before every payout, but it cannot stop a username from moving, and it cannot recover SOL sent to a wallet the recipient controls.

Paygram does not vet tokens, does not endorse them, and does not represent that any token registered with it is legitimate, safe or worth anything. Do not treat a listing on this site as diligence.

12Availability and eligibility

Payouts depend on Solana, on Telegram remaining reachable, and — when a Privy wallet is used — on Privy. None of those are available everywhere, and each has its own rules.

Paygram is not available where using it would be unlawful, and it is your responsibility to know whether that includes where you are. The terms of use set the eligibility rules.

13Contact

Paygram is contactable at @usepaygram on Telegram and at [email protected]. Questions about these disclosures, and requests to remove a handle or a mark from the site's surfaces, all go there.
